LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® in Coaching

Duplo bricks and a piece of train track on a wooden table

Petra Bücher's workshop has stayed with me over the past few weeks, so I did some more reading on the topic.

Every other Friday, we have a Hands-On Day in our coaching training. Participants are invited to bring in impulses, methods, and so on. Today I presented LSP.

And it was great. We had real fun with it.

In the end, we explored how the method can be used in individual coaching and in conflict resolution.

My conclusion: as long as everyone involved is willing to engage with it, it offers a wonderful opportunity for deeper understanding.

❓ Do you use this in coaching or mediation? If so, what should one keep in mind?

P.S.: I'm still Team Duplo, but it also makes a lot of sense for remote sessions.
