I process personal data of the users of this website only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website and my content and services. Processing generally takes place only with the user's consent or on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(a) or (f) GDPR).
This website is hosted by IONOS. When you access the website, the hosting provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files transmitted by your browser (e.g. IP address, date and time of the request, browser type, operating system). This data is used exclusively to ensure smooth operation and to secure the systems (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is automatically deleted after a short period.
In addition, I evaluate the server log files in aggregated form via the statistics feature provided by IONOS, to find out how often and via which sources my website is visited. No cookies are set and no user profiles are created in the process; the evaluation takes place exclusively server-side at IONOS. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in the statistical evaluation of the use of my website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
This website uses "Google Fonts", a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, for a consistent display of fonts. When you access a page, your browser loads the required fonts from Google's servers, which transmits your IP address to Google. It cannot be ruled out that data is transferred to the USA in the process. This use is based on a legitimate interest in a technically flawless and appealing presentation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Further information can be found in Google's privacy policy. Anyone wishing to avoid this transfer can disable or block the fonts locally in their own browser.
On this website I link to my booking calendar on cal.com, a service provided by Cal.com, Inc. When you click on the relevant button or link, you leave this website and enter the cal.com platform. Data collected there (e.g. name, email address, selected appointment) is processed exclusively by cal.com under its own privacy policy; I have no influence over this. Further information can be found in cal.com's privacy policy.
If you contact me by email, your details (email address, and if applicable your name and message) will be stored by me for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). I will not pass on this data without your consent.
This website currently does not use any tracking or marketing cookies. Should this change in the future (e.g. through the integration of analytics tools), this privacy policy will be updated accordingly and — if required — consent will be obtained via a consent banner.
You have the right at any time to request information about the personal data stored about you by me, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of the processing.
