How it works
- Choose the topic, e.g. AI basics and LLMs, EU AI Act, GDPR or Lean
- Pick a time frame that fits the topic, from 2 to 8 hours
- Put groups together sensibly: by role, prior knowledge or department
- Training with exercises based on your own examples

Process Optimization Workshop
OutcomeA visual map of the current and target process, concrete improvement measures, a clear goal and a milestone plan.
Who it's for
A process is stuck, takes too much time or is meant to be automated with AI. Improve first, then automate.
How it works
- Preparation: choose a process together and invite the people involved
- Build the necessary knowledge base on process optimization and Lean management
- Map the current process together, on brown paper or remote

Who it's for
You don't just want to introduce AI, you want to align your organization around it, and you need someone who stays on board for months.
How it works
- Strategy workshop: where should the company go, which methodology do we use (e.g. OKR) and how do we measure progress?
- Clarify roles, agree on collaboration, meeting rhythm and commitment
- Ongoing: facilitating teams and management, feedback sessions and retrospectives
- Find and implement use cases: in hackathons we develop concrete AI applications with the teams and bring them into everyday work
- AI ambassadors: people from the trainings who lead the way with enthusiasm carry the topic across the organization. I support them.

We start with a no-obligation conversation, where I listen, ask a few questions, and we look together at whether and how a collaboration fits. After that, you'll receive a proposal for how to proceed. We always look at what individually fits your or your organization's needs, and adjust along the way if needed.
With an honest assessment: which AI tools are already in use today, officially and unofficially? How do knowledge, confidence and concerns look in the team? And which rules already exist? From this we build a roadmap that thinks about technology, people and information security together from the start.
No. A full information security management system is not a prerequisite for getting started. What matters from day one are a few clear guardrails: which tools are approved, which data may go into them and who helps with questions. An ISMS based on ISO 27001 can be built on top of that later, when it makes sense for you or is required.
I think about data protection and information security from the start. Together we clarify which data may go into which tools, which tools fit your requirements and the GDPR, and how rules can be written so that they help in everyday work instead of scaring people off.
Almost everything can also be done remotely. Sometimes that even makes more sense. Just reach out and ask!
